Karlad Lake

A freshwater lake ringed by the Western Ghats, about 3 km from Banasura Sagar Dam and 8 km from Vythiri.

Kerala Tourism lists ziplining, kayaking, rock climbing, bamboo rafting and boating on the lake, along with nature walks and birdwatching. The zipline runs 250 metres across the water from a 50-metre tower.
